• Add a Mail Server

  To add a mail server, click on [+Server] button at the right top of the page.
  You can set up Z.com.io domain, auto-backup, and size of the disk space as well at the same time.

  【Domain】

  You can create a sub-domain name as you like, and make a new email address.
  A sub-domain name is not allowed to change after it is added to a mail server.

  【Auto-backup】

  It retrieves three generations of a backup copy of the mail data regularly and automatically.
  You can check the backup data in the backup server via the mail client.

  【Disk space】

  You can add a disk space in 5GB increments without any limit (you can add more later).

• Check Connection Status to Mail Server

  If you click the accordion of the list of the mail addresses, network infomation which mail address connects to the specific mail server will appear.
  You can check the backup of the mail in the backup destination server by accessing POP or IMAP.

  【Login information to mail server】

  Account: the relevant mail address
  Password: the password you entered when you signed up

• Fix IP Address of Mail Server for Sending Mail

  If you turn the static IP address function to [Enable], the static IPv4 addresses will be generated in the mail distribution server, one for each domain.
  This is an option with additional charge.

• Retrieve Mail Backup Automatically

  It retrieves three generations of a backup copy automatically by turning auto-backup to [Enable] in the accordion of the server information.
  This is an option with additional charge.
  If you turned auto-backup to [Enable], the destination list to the backup server will appear in the accordion of the mail address list.
  To access the backup server, you need to access via mail client.

• Add a Disk Space to Mail Server

  You can chenge the size of the disk space by clicking the [Setup] to the right of the disk space size in the accordion of the server information.
  This is an option with additional charge.
  It is not allowed to decrease the size of the disk space to less than the total data size of mails in the server.
